Department of Labor National Call to Action!

At the 2010 Building Workforce Partnerships Conference, DOL Deputy Secretary for Employment and Training Jane Oates brought a vision of change for the improving the practice of Rapid Response around the country.

Ken Messina of the Massachusetts Dept of Labor is working with a team on special assignment on the national Call to Action. He made a presentation on this important effort.
