Cutoff for reservation is February 29, 2012 or until full.

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Because of the joint conference setting, we expect there to be high demand.

Hotel Cancellation Policy for both hotels

If you wish to cancel, you must do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be required.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation and upon check-in, applied to the first night of the reserved stay.  You may cancel such reservation at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation  number obtained.

At check in, the front desk will verify your checkout date. Should you choose to depart early, the hotel will charge a $75.00 fee.
