The Western Climate Initiative (WCI)
The Western Climate Initiative, launched in February 2007, is a collaboration of seven U.S. governors and four Canadian Premiers. These governments have met regularly to consider joint policies and regulations parallel to those considered in the AB32 draft scoping plan.
